Basement Waterproofing

If your home's existing basement waterproofing has failed, water entering your basement is only the start of your worries. Excess moisture can cause a number of health related issues as a result of mold or mildew growing. It can also prevent you from using your basement for storage or additional living space. Our team can help you by providing professionally deigned and installed systems to keep the water out of your basement once and for all.

Foundation Repair and Replacement

The longer moisture problems are present on your property, the more likely it is that your home's foundation will become adversely affected. You home can even settle over time which can lead to things like wall cracks and weaknesses in your homes foundation. Whatever the reason you might be in need of our services, at Indiana Foundation Pros we work quickly to repair your foundation and when necessary, carry out full foundation replacement work.

Crawl Space Repair and Encapsulation

As well as your basement, moisture can also enter your home via the crawl space beneath your property. A particular problem in winter months and for properties in low-lying areas, unsealed crawl spaces can contribute to both high humidity and subsequent mold and fungus outbreaks. Thankfully, we can install a crawl space encapsulation system beneath your home and in doing so help you recover from such problems as quickly as possible.

About Muncie, Indiana

Muncie is a city with two distinct histories. Originally, a town called Munsse was established in the 1770’s by Delaware Indians who had already been relocated from New York and Pennsylvania. However, because of westward expansion by the federal government, the Delaware Indians were forced to cede the town over to white settlers. Officially founded in 1827, Munsee then became Muncie and originally served as a trading post between the remaining Delaware Indians and incoming European settlers.
